Vern Rockwell, Principal
Vern turns your vague or specific ideas for a home into reality. Vern’s a keen listener because he believes in designing what clients want, according to their tastes and preferences.

Vern founded Designs Unlimited in 1976. He’s an award winning designer and a participant in the Street of Dreams. In 1975 Vern graduated from University of Washington with a degree in architecture. He’s been practicing residential design since 1974.

Vern is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and International Code Council (ICC) (Formerly the International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO)).

Vern donates to Tender Mercies, Seattle, Washington. He donates his hair which is used to make wigs which are given free of charge to cancer patients.

Stan Kinnear, CAD Drafter
Stan joined Designs Unlimited in May of 2007. Stan started his career as an engineering technician, providing lateral and gravity analysis on everything from remodels to new residential homes and commercial structures. Then in 2004 he found his true calling in residential design, and since then has worked tirelessly to perfect his craft.

Phillip Martonik, Project Manager
Phil joined the Designs Unlimited team in August 2006. He has been in residential design for eight years and the last three as a Project Manager. Residential design and drafting is and always been his first passion. He graduated from Clover Park Technical College with a two year degree in Architectural Engineering Design.

Jessica Rockwell, Marketing
Has just recently graduated high school and will be attending the Art Institute of Seattle this July for photography. Jessica is contacting local construction companies to promote Designs Unlimited's services.
